Policies & REntal Agreement
All guests are required to sign a rental agreement, which will be emailed to you at the time of booking. This agreement includes the names and contact information for Seaclusion’s Property and Maintenance Managers—your go-to contacts for any questions about the home or Long Island itself.

Check In
Check-in time 3:00 pm. Minimum check-in age is 25.
Check-Out
Check-out time 10:00 am.
Child Policy
Not allowed without prior written permission from the host.
Pet Policy
Not allowed without prior written permission from the host.
Event Policy
No events allowed.
Smoking / Drug Policy
Smoking, vaping, marijuana and all illegal drugs are not allowed.
Consumables
Seaclusion will be stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, dishwasher tabs and so forth. If you use more than the allotted (generous) amounts you will be required to purchase more. Any spices, condiments, etc. are available for your usage but we would ask you to replace any used for the next guests.
Note:
There is a $60 set-up and take-down Beach Volley Ball Net fee payable directly to Brian (Seclusion Maintenance Manager) as it is a complicated process.
